Patients who have not attended the practice within the last 3 years and all patients aged 75 and over, are entitled to a dedicated consultation.
These appointments help us review your health needs and ensure you are receiving appropriate care and support.
Please contact the surgery to arrange a health review with our practice nurse, if during the review the nurse feels you need further input from the GP an appointment will be arranged
